Space only participation includes:

  • Company listing (with short profile description) appearing on the online floorplan, exhibitor listing area, and mobile app
  • 5 exhibitor badges per 100 sq. ft.
  • 3ft. side drapes (except adjacent to the aisle), 8 ft. high back wall drape (inline spaces only)

Your company name, booth number, and large logo displayed on the official show website landing page as a "Featured Exhibitor" and listed on our "Featured Exhibitor" signage at the show!

Cost: $395 (in addition to Booth Space Cost)

The Works

Your company name, booth number, and large logo displayed on the official show website landing page as a "Featured Exhibitor", a social media shout-out on Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn during the two months pre-show, one post to Instagram stories, and listed on our "Featured Exhibitor" signage at the show!

*Exhibitors are responsible for providing high-resolution logos and/or product image files appropriate for the 1:1 social media post ration requirements as well as a .eps or .ai file. Files should be submitted in a timely manner.

Aisle Signs         

Your company logo prominently displayed on both sides of every aisle sign of the show.  Huge impact!  


Badge Sponsor 

Every attendee and exhibitor in the show needs a badge, and your logo will be on it!  (Dual show promotion) 


Digital Lobby Sign (non exclusive) 

Put your custom designed ad in the rotation of the lobby video signs in the Convention Center corridor outside the exhibit hall.  (Dual show promotion)  


Directional Signage Sponsor     

Your logo on all signs directing people entering the Convention Center to the show.  (Dual show promotion) 


Live Wallprint Sponsor 

On the back of our registration desks, facing inward toward the exhibit hall - we'll have a robot live-printing a "welcome to the show" mural -- add your logo and booth number to this awesome feature!

Branding a Session

Branding at Content Sessions taking place at one of our three Education Alley Theaters (team curated content.  

  • 1-2 minute introduction 

  • Branded holding slides (produced by exhibitor)

  • Option to have soundless video loop on downtime between sessions (produced by exhibitor .mp4 file type)

  • Session listing will have logo placement on the website & mobile app

  • Opportunity to have handouts on seats

  • Leads from badge scans (these are completed by temp staff during session to the best of their ability, and without interrupting the course of the educational programming)


Entry Column Wraps 

Add your brand to the two giant columns flanking the entrance into the show that are impossible to miss.

First Taste Sponsor (limit 3) 

Have food to sample?  Why not let attendees have a taste BEFORE they walk onto the tradeshow floor and send them right to your booth.  Temps will be provided to distribute.

Post Show E-blast 

Want to get your message to everyone who attended the show?  You provide the content in a word document and we'll get it to them.  (Limit 3 available)  


Pre-Show E-Blast 

Are you looking to let people know that you are going to be at the show?  You design the message in a word document and we will get it to them.  (Limit 2 available)  


Pre- AND Post-show Eblast     

A great way to connect with attendees before and after the event.  (Limit 2 available)  


Your Brand Featured in Show Emails 

You provide your logo and a graphic or image (sized 400px x 400px) to be placed in a PTS or FRLS branded pre-show marketing email.

Registration Headline Sponsor 

Every attendee needs to register online, print their barcode and print their badge on-site.  Your brand can own the buyer registration experience - from the online registration page to the confirmation to the registration photo opp and the on-site counters.  



Floor Decals 

Your logo in several locations on the floor of the registration area of the show.

Show Bags

You supply the bags and we will distribute them to all attendees.  Everyone on the show floor will be carrying your brand.  (Dual show promotion) 


You Are Here Sign Sponsor    

These signs will be placed around the show floor with a floorplan, exhibitor list, and your logo pointing identifying buyers location.
