Alphamated has created the first functional silverware rolling machine.  The Roller Express will take a set of silverware (fork, spoon, knife) and roll it in a paper napkin and put the paper tie on the rolled set.  It will produce 200 sets an hour on average and does it in a more cost effective and sanitary way than traditionally having servers and managers roll silverware.  Employees must ensure the dispensers are full of silverware, napkins and ties, but the machine does the rest.
